The best way to make sure you get first-in-line service in case your equipment breaks down is to enroll in one of our Priority Service Plans. For customers with plan coverage, we guarantee we'll get to them within 24 hours to make repairs. And that includes weekends and holidays.
Even if you have a service plan, it's possible you may never need 24-hour emergency service. That's because our plans include annual precision tune-ups, which are designed to prevent problems in the first place. A service plan also gives you big savings on repairs.
